Experiments
Personal projects
I like to build things, either out of interest or to try and learn a new skill in the process. Here are a few things I’ve built for myself and/or my friends.
The book club
I created a digital book shelf where we could track the books we read in our book club. But instead of just having a list of books with rating, I wanted to create something different. So I created a digital bookshelf, where each book is placed with the spine facing the viewer. The height and width of each book is based on the amount of pages.

Tillsammans
Tillsammans is a movie club app for my and my partner that was mainly built for one reason: to answer the question “What should we watch tonight?”.
But it was also a way to scratch an itch that’s been on both my partners’ and my mind: what if you had multiple ways to rate a movie?
Tillsammans uses three different ratings: expectation rating, after watching and 2 weeks later.

Maxi Yatzy
Yatzy is probably one of the games that I’ve played the most. It’s something we always bring on vacation, or to the pub to play with friends. But it’s a hassle to bring pen and paper, and I didn’t like any of the existing yatzy apps out there. So I created one, where we could track history and adapt the settings to how we like to play.

Badminton, kul motion
Every week, my friends and I meet up and play Badminton. To keep track of standings etc. I created a small little tracker with leaderboards and individual stats.
